Factory offers front, transfer case and gas tank. These come installed if you have the Up Country package. All are fairly thin. The transfer case is the most important in my option. There is another plate made that is a good solid piece of steel to cover the transfer case by Rustys Off Road (Rusty also makes and Engine/Transmission skid of the same high quality, something that Jeep does not offer).
